na999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to na999. By creating an account and using any part of this platform — including sports betting, casino games, promotions or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If there is anything here you do not agree with, please do not register or continue using the platform.

These terms govern the relationship between na999 and every registered player. They cover everything from who is permitted to hold an account through to how bets are settled, how bonuses work, what conduct is expected, and under what circumstances na999 may restrict or close an account. Pakistan players are the primary audience for this platform and these terms are written accordingly, with PKR payment contexts and locally relevant payment methods referenced throughout.

1Eligibility

To register and use a na999 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. na999 is strictly an adults-only platform. If na999 has reasonable grounds to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any balance held may be withheld pending review.
• You must be using the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Registering on behalf of a business entity or third party is not permitted.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from na999 or any affiliated platform as a result of a previous responsible gaming request.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

2Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a serious breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances may be forfeited, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus use.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication details private. Do not share your account access with anyone, including family members. na999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has shared their credentials.

Account balances are denominated in PKR. Funds in your account are held for gaming purposes on the platform and are not a financial product or investment.

• Account information must be kept accurate and updated. If your contact details or payment method details change, update them in your account settings.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period — no login, no deposits, no gameplay — may be subject to an inactivity policy. Any applicable inactivity fees and notification process will be communicated to the account email address before deductions are made.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting na999 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed following standard timelines after closure is confirmed.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the point of transaction. These may be updated periodically and the current figures in your account at the time of the transaction are the applicable ones.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally among the fastest. na999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to your VIP tier. Standard processing begins once the request is reviewed. The payment then takes additional time depending on the channel — bank transfers take longer than mobile wallet payments.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever the payment channel supports it. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and is not negotiable.
• Before withdrawing for the first time, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is standard practice and applies to all players regardless of the amount being withdrawn.
• If you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement, withdrawing before it is completed will typically result in the bonus being removed. Your original deposited funds remain withdrawable in most cases — check the specific bonus terms in your account.

4Bonuses and Promotions

na999 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback and free spins tied to specific games. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are displayed inside your account when an offer is active. The following general principles apply across all promotions:

• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 30x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Promotions are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Using multiple accounts or coordinating with others to exploit promotional offers is considered abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and funds forfeited.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on na999, including cricket, PSL markets, football and esports:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the system. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been placed, except where na999 specifically provides a cash-out option and the player exercises it before the relevant event concludes.
• Odds displayed are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, not the odds displayed when you first viewed the market.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly the result of a technical fault or data error — na999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This is exercised only in genuine error situations and not as a general risk management measure.
• Event abandonment, postponement and cancellation rules vary by sport and market type. For cricket specifically: if a match is abandoned due to weather or other circumstances, na999 follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcome where it applies. Markets that cannot be settled under official results criteria will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary based on your account history and the specific event. These are shown when placing a bet. Attempting to split bets across accounts to circumvent limits is considered abuse.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance in PKR following event settlement. Settlement times vary depending on when official results are confirmed by governing bodies.

6Player Conduct

na999 expects players to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, or legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including chargebacks made in bad faith, use of stolen payment credentials, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to exploit betting markets, casino games or promotional structures.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or pricing errors and retaining any advantage gained, rather than reporting the issue to support.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at customer support staff or other players through any channel connected to the platform.

If you become aware of a technical issue, pricing error or any unusual behaviour in the platform, please contact na999 support immediately. Players who act in good faith to report issues are protected from account action related to the error discovered.

7Responsible Gaming

na999 is committed to providing an entertainment platform that supports responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered players in their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, na999 will notify the account holder via the registered email address where possible. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, account closure may be permanent and any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures, provided identity verification has been completed.

9Privacy and Data

10Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond na999's control may result in temporary unavailability. na999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.

na999 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform, technical errors in odds display later corrected, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers.

Nothing in these terms limits na999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11Changes to These Terms

na999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect — except in cases where changes are required immediately by legal or regulatory necessity.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
